The Notarial Company Theodore V. Chronis – Maria V. Chroni was established in 2008, following the work of the former Athens Notary Public Vasileios Th. Chronis, offering a wide range of notarial and legal services.
In particular, the history of our Notary Office begins in 1974, when Vasileios Th. Chronis, outgoing Director of the Athens Department of Conveyances and Mortgages, with a long service in the Department, was appointed Notary Public of Athens and founded his Notary Office in Athens.
In 1995, his children Theodore V. Chronis and Maria V. Chroni started working in the Notary Office. The later succeeded him and took up his office in 2007, when his active service as Athens Notary Public came to an end. In 2008, upon the establishment of the Notarial Company, our office was transferred to our own and newly renovated 240m2 premises, on the second floor of the block of flats on 9-13 Gravias and Themistocleous Streets at the centre of Athens, near Kanigos square.
Our notary office comprises two [2] large conference rooms for the execution of multi-party contracts, another three (3) halls reserved for offices – meetings – signing other legal acts, one large hall for the secretariat, and other auxiliary rooms, file rooms. We also have another separate property – file room in a neighbouring block of flats on 38 Themistocleous street, and an integral system of libraries per field and branch of law.
Our office is assisted by secretaries and auxiliaries who are specialized in the particularities of the field, and supported by modern IT structures. We provide our clients and associates with free internet access and office computer for editing – printing texts, sending fax/e-mail. Our associate lawyers also have free access to our libraries.
